FOUNDER & MANAGING DIRECTOR

Walt possesses 30 years experience as being an accomplished business leader and solution developer. Prior to forming TWGC in 2001  Walt was Chief Operating Officer for a S.E. luxury apartment and condominium development / operating company that developed 1,700 luxury apartments, 800 condominiums and fee managed an additional 5,000 apartment residences.

A Florida developer appointed Walt to be their Vice  President,

Director of  Business Development, Sales and Talent Acquisition.  The organization develops upscale condominium, luxury townhouse and vacation club properties located within resort locations that feature a variety of amenities and Five-Star services. Developments are located throughout Florida, North Idaho and the Bahamas. Vacation Club properties extend from Key West to Manhattan and from Tampa to Cabo San Lucas.

A Dutch based international real estate investment, development and operating company appointed Walt to be their Director, Strategy & Corporate Development. Assets include; office, multi family rental, condominium and retail with aggregate value exceeding $2.3B.

Walt earned his MBA at the University of Pittsburgh - Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business.  He also earned his BSBA from the University of Pittsburgh with a Major in Marketing and Minor in Economics. At Inchcape Testing Intertech, Walt received ISO 9000 Lead Assessor Training. At the Institute for Real Estate Management (IREM) Walt studied Fundamentals of Property Management and Management and Analysis of Income Property.  Walt is also a licensed Community Association Manager (CAM)
